Law AI is developed and operated by Vietnam Law Communication Joint Stock Company, the owner of AI Luật – LuatVietnam.vn's AI Legal Assistant. This website, all of its content, and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights associated with it are the property of Law AI. You may not use any part or all of this website to create any part of another website without Law AI's prior written consent.

CONTENT

You understand and agree that responses generated by the AI chatbot are for reference only and do not replace advice from a lawyer or competent authority.

Law AI may reuse the content of users' questions for the purpose of communications. All account information and other personal information of users will be kept strictly confidential.

Law AI's sole liability for any loss or damage incurred by a user is limited to the amount of the user's most recent payment.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Before using Law AI, users must register their full name, email address, phone number, password, and certain other personal information. This information must be truthful and accurate because it may directly affect users' benefits. Law AI will not be liable for any loss of benefits resulting from inaccurate registration information.

If any registered information changes, the user must notify Law AI of the change by calling 0938 36 1919. A notice of changed registration information will be deemed received by the service provider only after the user receives a confirmation email from Law AI.

Users are responsible for saving their registered usernames and passwords. Law AI will not be liable if a password is changed because a user disclosed it or allowed multiple people to share the same account.

Each username is issued to one specific individual or organization, unless otherwise agreed between the Provider and the user. Law AI may therefore use software controls to ensure that only one person can use a username at any given time while the service is being provided.

PRIVACY PROTECTION

Law AI collects the content of your conversations in its chat application, information about your use of its products, and your feedback. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, Law AI uses this data to provide, improve, and develop its products, services, and machine-learning technologies.

To help improve the quality of our products, including generative machine-learning models, reviewers may read, annotate, and process your conversations with Law AI. We have multiple safeguards to protect your privacy throughout this process.

These measures include removing the link between your conversations with Law AI and your account before they are reviewed or annotated by us. Please do not enter confidential information into your conversations or any data that you do not want us to review or that you do not want Law AI to use to improve our products, services, and machine learning technologies.

HANDLING VIOLATIONS

The Provider has the right to take all measures permitted by law in response to any violation of the provisions of these General Terms.

Terms and conditions specified in this Terms of Use are governed by Vietnam's laws. Any act or claim arising from or relating to these Terms of Use shall be resolved by competent People's Court of Vietnam.

MISCELLANEOUS

The terms and conditions of use set forth in these Terms, together with all notices and recommendations provided on Law AI, constitute an integral part of and form the entire agreement between Law AI and the user regarding access to and use of Law AI.

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, and/or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
